Starting in 2026 we will be ramping up to assist with e-moto work.

This is a challenging area since many manufacturers do not even provide product support for consumers of their product.

General service including tires, tubes, chains, brakes, cabling are typically not proprietary parts. We should be able to source what is needed.

Proprietary parts(sensors, switches, batteries, controllers, electrical components, wheels) from these manufacturers needed to repair their e-motos will be the biggest challenge. If these parts are available, we will work with the customer and manufacturer to obtain them and get your e-moto good.

If critical parts are not available(or have a long lead time) to repair the e-moto, this deficiency will need to be handled directly by the customer with manufacturer. We are here to assist, but are not the problem when a manufacturer doesn't even setup a dealer network, or preferred provider list based on region or zip code. Thrill Bikes can not possibly be the representative for hundreds of manufacturers flooding the market. Your understanding of this will be appreciated.
